Job summary

Scale Army Careers seeks a visionary marketing leader to own all marketing functions—from paid media to content and SEO. You will build the team, set strategy with leadership, and drive CAC, MQL/SQL cost, and paid pipeline quality while growing organic traffic.

You'll bridge marketing and sales, define ICPs, and create AI-native processes, dashboards, and reusable agents to scale the function and impact across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B marketing teams and driving pipeline.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel paid media budgets.
• Strong analytics, forecasting, and attribution skills.
• Experience building AI-native marketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media strategy: manage the media buyer and optimize the account structure.
• Manage a multi-channel paid engine: oversee Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X across multiple product lines.
• Own budget allocation and efficiency: forecast returns and reallocate spend by channel and offer.
• Own conversion performance: oversee offers, landing pages, forms, and testing roadmap.
• Bridge marketing and sales: collaborate weekly with sales to improve targeting and messaging.
• Support sales enablement: provide messaging and content to help convert meetings.
• Shape lead-generation strategy with leadership to test ICP assumptions.
• Own attribution and tracking: collaborate on offline conversions and HubSpot attribution.
• Build an AI-native marketing team: create dashboards, automations, and reusable agents.
• Lead the creative team: set priorities and production speed.
• Build the content function: hire a Senior Content Marketing Manager for thought leadership, social, video, and podcasts.
• Manage SEO: direct agency and measure impact on organic traffic and pipeline.
