Gram is seeking a Growth Manager in Barcelona (hybrid) to design and own the outbound engine, build systems, and drive growth across Europe. You will own the CRM end-to-end, shape the pipeline, and collaborate with market leaders to scale partnerships and inbound channels.

You will set up outbound processes, manage data quality and reporting, and leverage AI tools to accelerate lead generation and conversion. This role offers real ownership from day one and significant room for impact.

Formación

• Real hands-on experience running outbound campaigns with modern AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and run outbound systems (list building, enrichment, sequencing, personalisation at scale) using Apollo/Clay/Smartlead or similar.
