Blu in Madrid/Barcelona is seeking a Head of Growth to lead global marketing and product-led growth for its AI SaaS platform. You will own demand gen, brand, website optimization, onboarding flows, and cross-functional alignment with the CEO and leadership team.

The role combines strategy and execution with a seven-figure monthly budget, a substantial equity package, and an on-site work model in Europe. relocation to Vienna is available for the right candidate.

Formación

• Proven leadership of marketing or growth teams.
• Experience driving growth in a high-growth SaaS/AI environment.
• Ability to manage multi-million euro monthly budgets and prove ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the global marketing strategy with full P&L accountability for a seven-figure monthly budget.
• Oversee end-to-end marketing initiatives: brand, demand gen, product marketing, website optimization, onboarding flows.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class marketing leadership team across key regions.
• Define company-wide growth KPIs and drive revenue targets with executive leadership.
