Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or B2B is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience engaging decision-makers and executives.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and industry connections.
Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
Recruit, onboard, and manage your own SDR team to scale prospecting efforts.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth.
Identify new partnership opportunities with marketplaces and strategic partners across Europe.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Track sales metrics and report progress to senior management.
