Job summary

Evotym is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the strategic development, expansion, and optimization of our global banking infrastructure. You will own the banking partner ecosystem, identify, negotiate with, and onboard new partners across international markets, and drive revenue growth through favorable terms and revenue-sharing arrangements.

The role requires 3+ years in fintech business development, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English; Russian is a plus

Qualifications

3+ years in Bank Partnerships, Biz Development, Sales, or Account Management within Fintech/Banking/EMI.
Strong knowledge of financial infrastructure, payment ecosystems, onboarding in regulated/high-risk sectors.
Proven ability to establish, develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to engage senior decision-makers across external partner organizations.
Languages: English C1, Russian B2.
Experience in fintech.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, negotiate with, and onboard new banking and EMI partners across international corporate setups.
Establish and maintain partnerships with banks, account providers, and other financial institutions.
Develop and manage referral opportunities with revenue-sharing models and recurring revenues.
Monitor onboarding journey of referred clients, resolving compliance requirements to minimize time to revenue.
Lead commercial discussions with prospective and existing partners for mutually beneficial terms.
