Capgemini is seeking a Senior Google Workspace Administrator to join an international team supporting a leading aerospace and defense environment. You will administer and support Google Workspace, manage Level 2 incidents, and assist end users across Gmail, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

The role emphasizes hands-on GWS administration, strong incident management, and collaboration with technical teams in a global setting, with opportunities for training and certifications.

Formación

• Experience administering Google Workspace environments.

• Experience managing incidents, requests and user support activities.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and Remedy ticketing tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support the Google Workspace environment.
• Manage and troubleshoot Level 2 incidents and service requests.
• Support end users across Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Meet, Drive, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Manage incidents and requests through Remedy ITSM.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues while ensuring service continuity.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify knowledge gaps and support improvement.
• Participate in knowledge transfer activities.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Google Workspace Administrator to join an international team supporting a leading aerospace and defense environment.

• Administer and support the Google Workspace environment
• Manage and troubleshoot complex Level 2 incidents and service requests
• Support end users across Google Workspace applications, including:

Gmail

Google Meet

Google Drive

Google Chat

Google Docs, Sheets and Slides

• Manage incidents and requests through ITSM tools (Remedy)
• Investigate and resolve technical issues while ensuring service continuity
• Work closely with technical teams to identify knowledge gaps and support continuous improvement
• Participate in knowledge transfer activities when required
• Advanced experience administering Google Workspace
• Strong hands-on experience providing L2 support for Google Workspace services
• Experience managing incidents, requests and user support activities
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and ticketing tools such as Remedy
• Good understanding of Google Workspace security and administration concepts
• Ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively in English
