Capgemini Spain in Getafe seeks a Senior Unified Communications Engineer to design, implement and support Cisco telephony and video conferencing solutions in a large enterprise environment.

You will lead projects, resolve complex incidents, manage changes, document designs (HLD/LLD) and transfer knowledge to operations, with a minimum of five years in Cisco Collaboration and a track record across CUCM, Unity Connection and Telepresence.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cisco Collaboration environments.
• Strong knowledge of SIP and H.323 protocols.
• Experience in enterprise environments and large-scale deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and implement Cisco Telephony and Video Conferencing projects.
• Provide expert-level support for complex incidents and technical issues.
• Support operational teams (L1 and L2) when required.
• Manage major incidents with qualification, action planning, resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Perform problem management activities and contribute to service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to engineers and technicians.
• Maintain and update technical documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Execute hardware validation, testing, and configuration activities.
• Participate in change management and ongoing service enhancements.

We are looking for an experienced Cisco Telephony & Videoconferencing - IPT Expert to join our Unified Communications team supporting a large-scale international environment. As Senior Unified Communications Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Cisco telephony and video conferencing solutions, ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-quality communication services.

• Lead and implement Cisco Telephony and Video Conferencing projects.
• Provide expert-level support for complex incidents and technical issues.
• Support operational teams (L1 and L2) when required.
• Manage major incidents, including qualification, action planning, resolution, root cause analysis, and knowledge documentation.
• Perform problem management activities and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address specific customer requirements.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to engineers and technicians.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Execute hardware validation, testing, and configuration activities.
• Participate in change management and continuous service enhancement initiatives
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Cisco Collaboration environments.
• Strong expertise in Cisco Unified Communications technologies, including:

Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)

Cisco Unity Connection

• Strong knowledge of Cisco Video Conferencing solutions, including

Cisco Telepresence Endpoints

• Solid understanding of SIP and H.323 protocols.
• Experience working with VMware v7/v8 environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in enterprise environments.

• CCIE Collaboration (considered a strong advantage)
