Capgemini is looking for a ServiceNow Architect in Madrid to lead technical engagements for ServiceNow IT and Risk & Security solutions. You will be responsible for designing solutions that align with business objectives and acting as a trusted advisor during sales cycles.

The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in ITSM and a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform. This position offers growth opportunities within a diverse and ethical company.

Formación

• 6–8+ years of experience in ITSM, IT Operations, Risk, Security, or Governance.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.
• Solid understanding of ITIL and compliance frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Architect & Solution technical engagements for ServiceNow IT and Risk & Security solutions.
• Define solution architectures, functional designs, and high-level implementation approaches.
• Act as a trusted advisor during sales cycles, workshops, and RFPs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.

What will you do in the project? SERVICENOW ARCHITECT & SOLUTION DESIGN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Architect & Solution technical engagements for ServiceNow IT (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM) and Risk & Security solutions (IRM/GRC, Third‑Party Risk, Security Operations, BCM).
• Analyze customer requirements, challenges, and current tool landscape to design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Define solution architectures, functional designs, and high‑level implementation approaches
• Act as the SPOC for local clients around the main projects implementing ServiceNow

Customer Engagement & Value Positioning

• Act as a trusted advisor during sales cycles, workshops, RFPs, and executive presentations.
• Clearly articulate the business value, differentiators, and ROI of ServiceNow versus competing platforms.
• Position ServiceNow as a strategic enterprise platform, not only as a product.

Demonstrations & Proof of Value

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and value scenarios for IT and Risk & Security use cases.
• Customize demos to customer context, industry, and maturity level.
• Support pilots and proof‑of‑value activities when required.

Thought Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Provide feedback to sales and delivery teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Mentor junior pre‑sales or solution consultants when applicable.

Required Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in ITSM, IT Operations, Risk, Security, or Governance domains.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and modules (hands‑on or pre‑sales).
• Experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.
• Solid understanding of ITIL, risk and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, etc.).
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences.
• Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus).
