Capgemini Spain in Cádiz is seeking a Systems & Network Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize scalable infrastructures for local client projects, focusing on automation and CI/CD pipelines.

You will work with Terraform (IaC), Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes to automate, secure, and improve cloud and on-premise environments, including secure deployments with Zarf and adherence to CIS benchmarks.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience in IT environments and hybrid infrastructures (on-premise & cloud).
• Strong knowledge of systems and network administration, virtualization, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in automation, scripting, and system hardening (Linux/Windows, Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with security tools and practices (monitoring, NGFW, SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management).
• High level of English (mandatory, international projects).

About the rol:

We are looking for a Systems & Network Engineer to support projects for local clients, focusing on the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable, automated infrastructures.

You will work with technologies such as Terraform (IaC), Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes, contributing to the automation, reliability, and performance of cloud and virtualized environments. The role involves building and maintaining infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting containerized workloads.

You will also leverage tools like Zarf for secure and air-gapped deployments, and apply CIS benchmark policies to ensure system hardening and compliance with security best practices.
