Docplanner seeks a growth-oriented Global Web Project Manager (Growth) to scale our B2B web ecosystem across 30+ sites. You will own web performance, lead generation, and CRO initiatives, partnering with Marketing, Developers, Designers, and Web Analysts to deliver measurable improvements.

With 3+ years in web management, you will drive CRO, analyze data using GA4 and GSC, and optimize landing pages and funnels.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in web management, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of CRO and lead generation.
• Experience with website analytics tools (GA4, VWO, Hotjar, etc.).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance and drive growth through websites and CRO initiatives.
• Plan and execute A/B tests and optimize landing pages and funnels.
• Handle web QAs to ensure high-quality, fast, and bug-free releases.
• Analyze performance with GA4 and GSC and translate insights into roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional web projects end-to-end across markets.
