CELO is seeking a highly autonomous Web Analytics & Performance Marketing practitioner to audit, structure, and optimize our data ecosystems across international markets. You will lead GTM/GA4 setup, HubSpot workflows, and multichannel campaigns, driving measurable growth through clean data and robust dashboards.
The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in web analytics and performance marketing, strong GTM/GA4 mastery, and fluency in English and Spanish to coordinate with subsidiaries
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in hands-on Web Analytics and Performance Marketing.
- Advanced HubSpot Expertise: building complex workflows, reporting, and data cleaning.
- Deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 (debugging and events).
- Proactive mindset: builds structured tracking systems and clean databases.
- Bilingual English & Spanish for coordinating with global subsidiaries.
Responsabilidades
- Audit, structure, and scale GTM/GA4 setups across international sites.
- Design and manage advanced HubSpot workflows and segmentation.
- Plan and scale paid acquisition across multiple countries; manage budgets and tests.
- Create dashboards by connecting HubSpot, GA4, and ad networks for leadership insights.
