Docplanner seeks a Global Web Project Manager to scale and optimize its B2B web ecosystem across 30+ sites. You will own performance, CRO initiatives, and lead generation targets while coordinating with Marketing, Developers, Designers, and Analysts.

You will drive A/B testing, landing page optimization, and end‑to‑end project delivery across markets, ensuring high quality, data‑driven outcomes and scalable growth.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in web management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of CRO and lead generation.
• Experience with website analytics tools (GA4, GSC).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance and drive growth through websites.
• Deliver web KPIs, especially form submissions (MALs and MQLs).
• Identify structural and UX opportunities and CRO initiatives.
• Plan and execute A/B tests and optimize landing pages and funnels.
• Handle web QA to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Translate data into action by analyzing performance with GA4 and GSC.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Web Developers, Designers, and Web Analyst.
• Manage website initiatives end‑to‑end from ideation to launch and backlog.
• Coordinate timelines and stakeholder alignment across markets.
