Bitpanda is seeking a Manager of SEO & Web Growth to rebuild our organic search and web capabilities into a highly accountable customer acquisition engine. You will blend technical excellence, content authority, and disciplined CRO to drive sustained growth with direct access to decision-makers and a measurable impact on our customer journey.

• Proven track record owning organic search and web growth for a large, multilingual consumer business.
• Able to translate crawl, indexation, site architecture, and performance issues into engineering priorities.
• Experience building and scaling a disciplined experimentation framework across high-intent journeys.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the overarching organic and web-growth strategy with clear roadmaps and targets.
• Own technical SEO, site architecture, international search visibility and content-authority standards.
• Drive landing-page and website CRO with a rigorous experimentation cadence.
• Build and lead the in-house SEO and web-growth team and consolidate internal accountability.
• Integrate organic growth initiatives across Product, Engineering, Creative, Content, and Analytics.
