SanLucar Fruit in Valencia seeks a Travel & Office Support Intern to assist the Travel Management and Executive Assistance team. The six-month internship starts in August 2026 and offers hands-on experience coordinating business travel, supporting administrative tasks, and improving office operations in a diverse, international setting.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, International Business, or a related field.
• Academic projects or internships related to administration, tourism, customer service, or travel management will be valued.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the coordination and management of business travel arrangements for employees.
• Support invoicing processes by reviewing, organizing, and tracking relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses to travel-related requests and inquiries.
• Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms and office logistics when required.
• Collaborate on ad hoc administrative and operational tasks that may arise within the office.
• Contribute to ensuring a high level of service and support for employees across the organization.
• Assist the team in day-to-day activities, helping to improve efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support projects related to travel administration and office operations.
