Exoticca seeks a motivated student or recent graduate for an internship in Barcelona. You will blend customer contact with admin tasks, handling calls across multiple markets, case management in Salesforce, and Canva certificate creation. Strong English/Spanish skills and Excel knowledge are essential.

You will also support lead management, training presentation work, and collaboration in a fast-paced, multicultural team at our central Barcelona offices.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in travel, administration, or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls across multiple markets (Spain, Mexico, USA/Canada, UK).
• Handle simple Salesforce case management and email inquiries.
• Create certificates in Canva using templates and Salesforce delivery.
• Maintain lead follow-ups and schedule next steps in Salesforce.
• Prepare product and training slide decks using established templates.
