Exoticca invites you to join its Barcelona team as a paid internship focused on travel support and client communication. Expect to handle a mix of calls across Spain, Mexico, USA/Canada, and the UK, plus email inquiries, certificate creation, and Salesforce-led lead follow-ups.

You will work in a flexible schedule and enjoy an international environment with modern offices in central Barcelona. No prior experience required, just motivation and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Travel, Administrative Support, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a team environment.
• Interest in finance and accounting functions.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Primarily performing outbound/inbound calls across markets.
• Handle simple inquiries via email using Salesforce (training calendars, information about trips/destinations).
• Create certificates in Canva using templates and send via Salesforce email.
• Maintain organized lead follow-ups in Salesforce (calls, schedule next steps, track invitations, reschedule).
• Create slide decks for product and training using established templates.
