SanLucar is inviting a motivated student to join the Quality Department in Huelva for a 5-6 month internship starting in September. You will help ensure product quality, food safety and freshness from field to customer, while gaining hands-on experience in data analysis and documentation.

This internship offers exposure to international operations, exposure to quality management processes, and opportunities to work with Excel and digital tools to drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Food Science and Technology or related fields.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with data, reports and documentation.
• English level B1 or higher; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• You will support the management, analysis and maintenance of quality-related data and records.
• You will review laboratory analyses, certifications and quality documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• You will assist in the monitoring and validation of analytical results linked to food safety and quality standards.
• You will maintain and update quality documentation and databases in internal systems.
• You will prepare reports, statistics and quality analyses using Excel and other digital tools.
• You will support the implementation and follow-up of food safety procedures and quality standards.
• You will collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying data trends and opportunities for optimization.
• You will provide administrative support to the Quality Team in day-to-day quality management activities.

5 - 6 months of internship in the Department of Quality in Huelva!

Join our Quality Team in September and ensures that SanLucar products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and freshness from the field to the customer. During your internship, you will gain valuable insight into quality management processes by supporting data analysis, reviewing quality and laboratory reports, assisting with documentation, and contributing to food safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will help us ensure that every product meets our quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll bring along

• You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree, master's programme, higher vocational training (FP) or similar studies in Food Science and Technology, Quality Management, Food Safety, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences or related fields.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality Management Systems, certifications or related subjects will be considered a plus.
• You have strong Excel skills and feel comfortable working with data, reports and documentation.
• English level B1 or higher. Additional languages are a plus.
• You are detail-oriented, analytical and organised, with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• You can establish an internship agreement through your university, educational institution or scholarship programme.
• You have a driving licence and access to a car.
