SanLucar is seeking a Product Back Office Coordinator to support Product Managers and manage back-office processes for fruits and vegetables. You will handle purchase orders, product assignments, stock monitoring and issue resolution within our system, ensuring accurate data and timely actions.

The role requires attention to detail, openness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse team. Training and career development opportunities are offered as part of our commitment to growth.

Formación

• Experience in commercial administration in a similar position.
• Experience in the Fruit & Vegetable sector is a plus.
• Excellent handling of Outlook and MS.
• Knowledge in AX is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the purchase orders in the system and on an operative level.
• Prepare and execute the correct assignment of the products in the system based on the information of the PM.
• Follow-up the daily purchases activity and its development during the campaign.
• Manage issues and incidents regarding transport, picking, inbound differences and purchase orders and do the corresponding corrections in the system.
• Prepare and confirm the work orders in the system.
• Analise and follow-up the stocks.
• Manage the labels to the corresponding purchase orders.

As Product Back Office Coordinator, you will be part of the Product Back Office Team and your daily challenge will be to support our Product Managers, being responsible of the product back-office processes and ensuring the correct provision of our fruits & vegetables.

• You will manage the purchase orders in the system and on an operative level.
