Job summary

GoGlobal is seeking a Head of Total Reward to lead compensation, benefits, job architecture, benchmarking and governance across its international organisation. You will partner with the Fractional Head of People and senior leaders to deliver Reward solutions and drive the People transformation.

The role requires deep expertise in Total Reward, global pay practices, and the ability to operate across multiple markets with hands-on delivery and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Experienced international Total Reward leader with hands-on delivery experience.
• Proven ability to build reward frameworks, job architecture, benchmarking and pay practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Fractional Head of People to shape and deliver the Total Reward agenda.
• Translate strategy into practical, scalable Reward solutions and plans.
• Provide expert Total Reward insights to support Executive decision-making.
