Anthesis Group, Spain, seeks a Reward Manager to lead governance and end-to-end management of its global compensation and benefits offering. You will drive consistency, fairness and alignment with our business strategy, shaping how we attract, reward, and retain talent across our global organisation.

The role requires 6+ years in HR with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, strong stakeholder collaboration, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.

Formación

• 6+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in a global context.
• Proven ability to design and implement global frameworks and align diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail in numerical and written work.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are a plus.
• Business fluency in English.
• Experience in a UK Private Equity environment and project management is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the governance and end-to-end management of the global compensation and benefits offering.
• Ensure consistency, fairness and alignment with the business strategy.
• Provide analytics and guidance to senior leadership for decision making.
• Develop and enhance global compensation frameworks and pay structures.
• Evolve the global benefits offering and harmonise policies across markets.
• Collaborate with local/regional stakeholders and external providers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Benchmark and apply best practices to maintain competitive reward programmes.
