Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics).
• Certifications in Compensation & Benefits, Analytics, Finance, HR Technology are advantageous.
• 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, HR Technology, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and improvement of global compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage salary structures, grading, incentive plans, and reward policies globally.
• Provide governance across regions and support budgeting and forecasting.
