Jet Aviation is seeking a Total Rewards Partner to drive compensation, benefits, wellbeing, EVP, and mobility programs across EMEA and APAC. You will help localize total rewards policies within a global framework, ensuring compliance with country-specific laws and market practices.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to advise on salary offers, market pricing, and employee escalations, while supporting wellbeing and EVP delivery across the two regions.

Formación

• Total Rewards professional with experience in compensation and benefits.
• Ability to analyze market data and benchmark rewards practices.
• Strong communication skills for managers, HR partners, and employees.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Total Rewards Partner for compensation, benefits, wellbeing, EVP across EMEA and APAC.
• Localize total rewards policies within a global framework in line with local laws.
• Support salary offers, market pricing, and employee-related escalations with data.
• Promote wellbeing and EVP content across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee regional benefits renewals and collaborate with payroll, finance, legal, and works councils.
• Support merit, bonus, and equity cycles and contribute to communications and training.
