Job summary

Otis Mobility is seeking a Total Rewards Lead for Iberia, Africa and the Middle East to shape compensation and benefits strategy across regions. You will partner with HR and senior leaders to align programs with equity and market competitiveness, manage annual cycles, and drive global CoE initiatives.

You will oversee job grading, benchmarking, vendor relationships and mobility policy compliance while delivering analytics, trainings and projects in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the concepts, principles and techniques pertaining to Compensation & Benefits.
• Candidates should be comfortable interacting with senior management.
• Must work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to business leadership to develop and refine Total Rewards policies, programs and procedures for regional needs.
• Execute on regional guidance, policy, governance and direction.
• Conduct briefings with regional seniors leadership on structure of Total Rewards programs.
• Advise on compensation and benefits programs (country) and packages (individual).
• Conduct job grading, salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Recommend market competitive benefits and recognition programs.
• Oversee processes and systems with stakeholders.
• Provide analytics and audit in response to business needs.
• Support Total Rewards initiatives and trainings.
• Manage annual processes: merit review, benchmarking, budget planning, Global Incentive Plan and other variable plans.
• Oversee international assignments lifecycle and mobility policy adherence.
• Oversee vendor relationships and budget delivery.
• Leverage tools to support HR initiatives.
