Simon-Kucher is seeking a Manager Global Compensation & Rewards to shape, govern, and enhance our global compensation landscape from Spain (Madrid/Barcelona). You will oversee compensation across regions, ensuring alignment with total rewards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires deep expertise in compensation design, governance, and data-driven decision making. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal, and Finance, drive SAP SuccessFactors Compensation improvements,

Formación

6–8+ years in HR with focus on Compensation & Benefits in global/regional roles.
Experience managing global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and reward cycles.
Strong knowledge of benchmarking, market practices, and total rewards principles.

Responsabilidades

Own and enhance global compensation frameworks, bonus and incentive programs, and salary review cycles.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (EU Pay Transparency Directive) and fair pay structures.
Own and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module and EC structures with IT/HR teams.
