Jobtailor in Barcelona seeks a seasoned Compensation leader to own the global salary review, bonus cycles, and governance within Workday. You will design guidelines, budgets, and processes, coordinating with Talent, HR Tech, and Finance to ensure fairness and compliance.

You will act as the functional lead for Compensation in Workday, configure programs, manage data governance, drive improvements, and partner with payroll for integrations and reporting.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Global Rewards or Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience executing large-scale global salary and bonus processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, especially Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Analytical, able to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global salary review and bonus cycle, defining guidelines and budgets.
• Configure compensation programs and workflows in Workday; govern data integrity.
• Drive process improvements and roadmap planning for compensation operations.
• Coordinate with Talent, HR Tech, Finance and payroll on integrations and reporting.
• Provide market benchmarking and insights to align pay practices with strategy.
• Perform job evaluations and contribute to job architecture reviews.
• Deliver ad hoc analytics and explore AI-enabled reporting opportunities.
