Simon-Kucher is seeking a Manager Global Compensation & Rewards in Madrid to shape, govern and optimize our global compensation landscape. You will oversee compensation programs across regions and ensure alignment with our total rewards philosophy and regulatory requirements.

You will own compensation strategy, governance, and SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules, collaborating with HR, Legal, and Finance to deliver data-driven pay structures and bonuses on a global scale.

Formación

Several (6–8) years of experience in HR with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in global or regional roles.
Proven experience managing global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and reward cycles.
Strong understanding of benchmarking, market practices, and total rewards principles.
Experience with regulatory topics such as EU Pay Transparency Directive is a plus.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central (EC).
Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

Responsabilidades

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive fair, transparent pay structures globally.
Own and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module and EC structures.
Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives aligned with total rewards strategy.
Partner with global and local stakeholders to align on compensation topics and communicate clearly.
