IQVIA in Madrid seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to design and implement delivery strategies across the RFP/Bid Defense cycle. You will align sales, medical, and operations to deliver compelling proposals and support project delivery from award through execution.

You will monitor market trends, guide a virtual team, and mentor project leaders while partnering with customers to maximize value and ensure successful outcomes. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of scientific, clinical operations, real world, regulatory, operational, commercial and competitive landscape.
• Strong global knowledge of biopharma industry, drug development lifecycle and operational delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory requirements.
• Strong business acumen including financial considerations and negotiation skills.
• Customer management and stakeholder negotiation experience.
• Leadership in a matrix organization.
• Strategic thinking to realize project goals across multiple issues.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Mandarin language.
• Strong MS Office and software skills.
• Experience in the CRO industry.

Responsabilidades

• Actively collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations, and other functions to craft tailor-made strategies for proposals.
• Scan therapeutic and operational landscape to develop long-term implementation strategies.
• Maintain understanding of market trends impacting delivery strategies.
• Champion project centricity and enable the project delivery team for awarded projects.
• Leverage data to build project strategy using external and internal sources.
• Mentor Project Leader to present strategy to client and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer and bid defense meetings.
• Attend and lead bid or customer meetings as required.
• Identify quality issues and implement CAPAs and escalation.
• Ensure project budgets meet financial goals including Gross New Business.
