Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Solution Enablement Lead based in Spain. The role focuses on developing and leading technical training programs for internal field teams and external partners to deliver successful enterprise software implementations.

You will bridge solution strategy, technical delivery, and learning, creating learning paths, labs, playbooks, and certifications. This is a fully remote role with international collaboration across North America and Europe and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, enablement or similar in enterprise SaaS/tech environments.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into actionable training materials and programs.
• Experience coordinating enablement across engineering, product, and services teams.

Responsibilities

• Define technical competency requirements for solution architects, consultants, and partner engineers.
• Lead enablement programs for solution launches and enterprise deployments, including blueprints, labs, and certifications.
• Translate capabilities into structured learning journeys and role-based certification programs.
• Develop hands-on labs, bootcamps, and workshops for internal and partner audiences.
• Maintain a centralized library of architectures, configurations, FAQs, and integration guidance.
• Create onboarding programs for systems integrators and delivery partners.
• Gather field feedback and report recurring challenges to engineering and product teams.
• Ensure training aligns with learning journeys and is accessible via LMS.
• Participate in solution design engagements to keep training materials current.
