Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Solution Enablement Lead based in Spain.

The Technical Solution Enablement Lead will develop and lead technical training programs that empower internal field teams and external partners to deliver successful enterprise software implementations. This role bridges solution strategy, technical delivery, and learning, ensuring teams have the practical knowledge and resources needed to design, deploy, and support complex solutions consistently. Working closely with engineering, product, professional services, and instructional design teams, the successful candidate will transform technical capabilities into actionable learning paths, implementation guides, hands-on labs, and certifications. The position also plays a critical role in strengthening partner readiness, improving deployment quality, and accelerating time to value for customers. Through ongoing collaboration with field teams and live project engagement, the Lead will identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve enablement programs. This is a fully remote opportunity with international collaboration across North America and Europe and occasional travel for key business and training events.

Accountabilities
  • Define technical competency requirements for solution architects, technical consultants, partner engineers, and other pre-sales and post-sales roles in collaboration with engineering, professional services, solution engineering, and instructional design teams.

  • Lead technical enablement programs that support solution launches, enterprise deployments, and ongoing product adoption, including implementation blueprints, demonstration environments, integration patterns, and technical readiness materials.

  • Translate product capabilities, solution offerings, delivery methodologies, and go-to-market priorities into structured learning journeys, practical playbooks, and role-based certification programs.

  • Design and coordinate hands-on laboratories, technical bootcamps, workshops, and certification activities for internal teams and external partners.

  • Build and maintain a centralized library of reference architectures, configuration examples, technical FAQs, integration guidance, and reusable implementation resources.

  • Develop technical onboarding and readiness programs for systems integrators and delivery partners, ensuring consistent execution against established implementation standards.

  • Gather feedback from field teams and partners and communicate recurring technical challenges, deployment friction, support trends, and knowledge gaps to engineering, product, and curriculum stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with functional enablement and learning platform teams to ensure technical training aligns with functional learning journeys and is accessible through appropriate learning management systems.

  • Participate in selected solution design and implementation engagements to maintain practical field knowledge and incorporate real-world lessons into training materials and delivery practices.

  • Measure and improve enablement effectiveness using indicators such as certification completion, time to productivity, deployment quality, time to go-live, support case trends, and partner performance.

  • Continuously improve enablement content, delivery methods, and learning experiences to support evolving product capabilities, enterprise customer needs, and global business priorities.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, technical enablement, or a related field within enterprise SaaS or enterprise technology environments.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data flows, security principles, system architecture, and complex IT environments.

  • Experience developing technical learning materials, enablement programs, implementation resources, or technical readiness initiatives for internal teams or external partners.

  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and systems integrators, including the ability to support consistent technical delivery across distributed teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for both technical and business audiences.

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, professional services, solution engineering, instructional design, and partner organizations.

  • Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities, including coordinating training initiatives, managing multiple priorities, and evaluating program outcomes.

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, another technical or quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with revenue management, trade promotion management, pricing, claims and deductions, retail execution, or other commercial processes within the consumer packaged goods industry.

  • Familiarity with enterprise revenue management solutions or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms.

  • Experience developing certification programs, working with learning management systems, or applying instructional design principles to technical education.

  • Experience enabling systems integrators, implementation consultants, and global delivery partners.

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools for accelerating content development, improving training delivery, and enhancing enablement workflows.

  • Additional European language skills that support collaboration across international teams and markets.

Candidates from diverse professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply, even if they do not meet every preferred qualification. A commitment to inclusive collaboration and accessible, equitable hiring practices is valued.

Benefits:
  • Fully remote work: Work remotely from the United States, with flexibility to collaborate across international teams.

  • Flexible working hours: Flexibility to coordinate work across different time zones and global stakeholders.

  • Competitive compensation: A competitive salary package with eligibility for a bonus scheme.

  • Professional growth: Opportunities to expand technical expertise, develop leadership capabilities, and influence enablement strategy.

  • Innovation-focused environment: Contribute to a growing technology organization working with AI-driven enterprise solutions.
