Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Lead Learning Experience Designer based in Spain for a flexible, remote, part-time contract. You will shape practical learning programs across AI, digital transformation, leadership, and workplace productivity, leading end-to-end design for enterprise audiences with cross-functional teams.

Collaborating with clients and SMEs, you’ll translate complex ideas into hands-on learning experiences, create labs and simulations, integrate AI tools, and develop scalable learning

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design or learning experience design
• Experience designing for enterprise, professional, technical audiences
• Ability to create instructor-led content: guides, labs, case studies
• Experience managing content development lifecycle with stakeholders
• Knowledge of ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning principles
• Ability to design for technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluency with AI tools to design and prototype learning
• Experience with AI-related learning programs
• Familiarity with LMS/CMs and authoring tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning design process from discovery to delivery
• Define objectives, personas, scope, timelines, resources
• Collaborate with sales, product, client success to identify needs
• Create instructor-led experiences for AI and digital transformation
• Develop materials: presentations, lab guides, simulations, assessments
