Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Customer Success Managers in Spain to lead a 4–6 person team across EMEA and APAC in a fully remote leadership role. You will coach your team through complex renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and improve renewal management and account health.

In this role you will partner with Sales, Support, CS Engineering, and Product to optimize processes, forecasting, and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Customer Success, with 1–2 years of direct management experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS covering onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Experience with EMEA; multi-time-zone coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with Customer Success platforms such as Planhat or Gainsight, plus Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with technical, operations, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 CSMs across EMEA and APAC.
• Support through complex renewals, churn risks, and account expansion.
• Interview, onboard, and ramp new CSMs.
• Maintain accurate forecasts for renewals and account performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, CS Engineering, and Product teams to remove barriers.
