Job summary

PQE Group, a world leader in pharmaceutical and medical device industries, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Barcelona or Madrid offices. The role is fully on-site for the first six months, then transitions to a hybrid model combining remote work with in-office presence.

You will support recruitment, manage candidates, maintain ATS data, and collaborate with Hiring Managers to build pipelines and attract local and international talent.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.
• Experience coordinating interviews and recruitment activities.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining candidate data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process: coordinate interviews via phone, Teams, and in person.
• Manage candidates and update interview schedules; ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment systems.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand needs and coordinate activities.
• Source candidates online and through networks for local and international pools.
• Support daily recruitment tasks and build candidate pipelines.
