Qualifikationen

• Degree in Psychology, Law, or Labour Relations (completed or in progress).
• Postgraduate degree in HR desirable.

Aufgaben

• Support in the definition and description of the company's profiles.
• Publication of job vacancies and CV screening.
• Contacting and checking candidates by phone, personal interviews and placement tests.
• Support in the direct search for international profiles.
• Database management and follow-up of vacancies.
• Support in onboarding and monitoring the first months of new employees in the company.
• Support in the management of the training of our employees and associates.
• Support in the quality area of the HR department in Barcelona.
