Fusion Consulting is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Barcelona team. You will source, evaluate, and staff technical consultants across IT, data, and digital domains to support digital transformation projects in life sciences and beyond.

This role requires 5+ years in recruitment, strong collaboration with delivery and business development, and expertise with ATS tools. English fluency is essential; Spanish or other EU languages are a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or project-based environment.
• Experience sourcing technical consultants for IT, data, or digital domains.
• Familiarity with staffing processes for professional services or delivery-based organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical consulting roles involved in digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with delivery and business development teams to understand project pipelines and upcoming talent needs.
• Match available consultants (internal or external) to project roles based on skillset, experience, and availability.
• Contribute to responses for RFIs and RFPs by identifying and detailing available resources.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of technical talent.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments and interviews with project leads.
