Job summary

BlueQuo is seeking an International Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for the US market. You will partner with senior stakeholders, design tailored talent strategies, and manage multi-country projects with an agile, data-driven approach.

You'll drive continuous improvement inside the talent team, mentor colleagues, and leverage ATS and AI tools to optimize sourcing and outcomes, ensuring DEI and workforce planning excellence across assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle international recruitment for US-based positions.
• Proven project management skills for complex recruitment initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 or above).
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Experience managing international projects or new market launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for junior, senior and executive roles across the US market.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, sharing market insights, benchmarks and strategic recommendations aligned with their business goals.
• Design and execute tailored talent acquisition strategies that support growth and long-term talent sustainability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Use ATS and recruitment analytics to track KPIs, measure performance and make data-informed decisions.
• Continuously look for ways to innovate through technology, AI tools and market intelligence.
• Proven experience in full-cycle international recruitment for US-based positions.
• Experience managing international projects or new market launches.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, workforce planning, and DEI strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust with senior leaders.
• Fluent/Native in English and Spanish (C1 or above).
• Project management skills for complex recruitment initiatives.
