Etnia Eyewear Culture is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition leader to build and scale our international recruitment across markets, including the US and Asia. You’ll shape our employer brand, EVP and candidate experience while partnering with leaders to anticipate hiring needs.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist roles, develop proactive pipelines, and use data to continuously improve hiring quality as we enter new markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Talent Acquisition experience.
• International recruitment across multiple markets and functions.
• Experience building EVP, employer branding and candidate journey initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead international recruitment end-to-end across markets and functions.
• Develop and activate our EVP, career pages and talent attraction initiatives.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and direct sourcing strategies with data-driven KPIs.
• Attract senior and specialist talent to support international expansion.
