Responsibilities

• Own full cycle from intake call with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful Blacksmith standard experience for all candidates.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent for speed.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and update hiring managers.
