Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in multi-country or matrix organizations.
• Experience hiring for manufacturing-related functions is a plus.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and HRIS tools, especially Workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Technician, and Administrative roles across assigned countries.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations to develop hiring strategies.
• Drive sourcing, talent pipelining, and candidate attraction initiatives.
