Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking a talent acquisition specialist with international reach to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical consulting roles in life sciences project delivery.

You will partner with delivery and business development to forecast talent needs, screen candidates, coordinate technical assessments, and manage the ATS. This role supports relocation and international assignments and requires strong collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or project-based environment.
• Experience sourcing technical consultants for IT, data, or digital roles.
• Familiarity with staffing processes in professional services or delivery-based organizations.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, and Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical consulting roles in digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with delivery and business development teams to understand project pipelines and upcoming talent needs.
• Match internal or external consultants to project roles based on skills, experience, and availability.
• Contribute to RFI and RFP responses by identifying and detailing available resources.
• Source candidates through job boards, databases, and referrals to build a pipeline of technical talent.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments and interviews with project leads.
• Maintain and update ATS and resource pool records.
• Support offer preparation, contract coordination, and onboarding communication.
• Track recruitment and staffing metrics and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
• Represent the company at networking events and recruitment initiatives to support talent engagement.
