We’re hiring a commercially minded business/operations profile to scale live-events supply across 29 markets. You will own and grow partnerships with right holders, major sellers, and B2B distribution platforms, and activate direct supply via API integrations. You’ll negotiate contracts, secure inventory, and ensure listings are reliable, competitively priced, and ready to sell—working cross-functionally with Content, Marketing, and Product.
Partnership ownership: manage relationships with right holders, key sellers, and distribution platforms; handle contracting, terms, pricing, renewals, and compliance.
Supply activation & optimization: coordinate API integrations with direct sellers; ensure availability, map accuracy, and pricing quality.
On-sale readiness: partner with Product/Marketing/Content to prep key launches and campaigns.
Ops & fulfillment design: define operational and fulfillment flows with Customer Experience (CX) for new providers (platforms and sellers).
Market intelligence: track secondary ticketing dynamics (pricing, fees, risk, competitive moves) and identify gaps/opportunities.
Performance reporting: monitor supplier KPIs and margin, propose actions.
Degree in Business, Operations, or similar.
Preferred: experience in ticketing/secondary ticketing and a solid grasp of its dynamics.
4–6+ years in partner/supply/BD or operations roles with contract ownership.
Comfort working with API-driven integrations alongside tech teams.
Strong analytics, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Full fluency in English (written and spoken).
Advanced Excel/Sheets; Notion, Slack, Metabase, and ChatGPT.
Bias to execution over process; pragmatic and hands‑on.
📍 Note: This is a fully remote position; however, the candidate must be based in Spain and hold a valid work permit.
