DP World is seeking a Regional Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal processes for our logistics business in a global context. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to develop, review, and deliver competitive submissions aligned with customer needs and company goals.

This individual contributor role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders while driving proposal strategy, execution, and compliance. English proficiency and strong communication are essential.

The Regional Proposal Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end proposal process across DP World’s logistics business, ensuring high-quality, competitive submissions that align with customer requirements and company objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role coordinates the development, review, and delivery of proposals while driving proposal strategy and execution. The position plays a key role in securing new business opportunities, supporting customer retention, and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Please note that this position is an individual contributor role. While you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, it does not include direct people management responsibilities.

How You Will Contribute

• Evaluating RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to identify the key requirements that need to be met or exceeded in order to deliver strong customer proposals.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals, mainly for Global Key Accounts, in close collaboration with the Lead Tender Manager and/or Bid Owner.
• Supporting the preparation and submission of compliant, professionally structured proposals within customer-defined deadlines, excluding pricing content.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, IT, Product, and other subject matter experts to gather and align proposal content.
• Ensuring compliance with proposal management processes, guidelines, and internal standards.
• Supporting the implementation and rollout of proposal management software across the team. Maintaining and updating the Content Management System used for tender management.

Your Key Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, economics, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (tender management) with a solid business understanding, including basic financial awareness and sound commercial judgment.
• Previous experience in the logistics & supply chain industry, knowledge of global forwarding operations, and the broader freight and customer landscape would be considered advantages.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, tactfully, and confidently across different audiences.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural teams while also working independently and managing priorities in a results-driven environment.
• Strong interest in innovation and continuous improvement. Good understanding of how AI and digital tools can support smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working.
• Customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand needs, respond proactively, and build trust through clear communication and reliable delivery.

Salary range Poland: 108,733 - 172,953 PLN gross per year*
