Data Direct Networks (DDN) is seeking a Senior Manager of Indirect Sourcing to stand up the procurement function within a Workday ERP environment. You will lead negotiations, establish a source‑to‑pay playbook, and drive long‑term supplier partnerships across SaaS and technology spend.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement, strong data storytelling, and proven ability to build a function from the ground up. On‑site work in Spain with a high‑impact, greenfield setup awaits.

Formación

• 10+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing with high spend
• Ability to tell a data‑driven story to influence stakeholders
• Experience building or transforming a sourcing function from the ground up
• Deep understanding of SaaS licensing models and terms of service
• Experience discovering shadow IT and hidden software spend
• Strong change management and cross‑functional partnering skills

Responsabilidades

• Partner with IT, Finance, and Marketing to align needs with sourcing strategy
• Develop multi‑year sourcing strategies to cut costs and improve service levels
• Lead end‑to‑end supplier selection and negotiations for complex contracts
• Conduct regular supplier business reviews to ensure compliance and drive innovations
• Monitor market trends and risks to shape contingency plans
• Utilize spend analytics to identify maverick spend and consolidation opportunities
• Design the first formal strategic sourcing framework and governance
• Audit SaaS portfolios to consolidate spend into enterprise agreements
• Create proactive renewal pipelines to optimize SaaS spend and avoid auto‑renews
• Define who signs what in the new source‑to‑pay process
