Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network, is seeking directors of proposals to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

You will have 5+ years of experience leading RFI/RFP responses for public-sector opportunities, owning compliance matrices and past-performance narratives, and crafting high-quality proposals. This is a flexible, fully remote role at $100/hour for 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector opportunities.
• Direct ownership of compliance matrices and capture plans.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and refine AI-generated proposal documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Respond to public-sector solicitations and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor responses.
