SAMY is seeking a Trainee to join the EMEA People Operations team, delivering daily HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle support across multiple countries from Madrid. You will gain hands-on operational exposure while maintaining accurate worker records and assisting senior team members with regional compliance.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, a chance to develop core People Ops skills, and exposure to tools like Personio, Deel, and ADP.

Formación

• Educational background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in international People Operations, employment administration, and basic European labor compliance (especially Spain).
• High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and comfort working with HR management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and discretion when handling sensitive employee data.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Italian/Portuguese/Romanian is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Help gather, organize, and verify monthly payroll inputs across locations in coordination with internal leads and external providers.
• Maintain up-to-date, compliant employee records across HR platforms (Personio, Deel, ADP).
• Serve as first point of contact for routine HR inquiries regarding documentation and policies.
• Assist with archiving employment contracts, personnel files, and statutory documents for countries in scope (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Romania).
• Contribute to process optimization by identifying bottlenecks and refining People Ops templates and guides.
• Support onboarding logistics, offboarding documentation, and profile updates.
