SumUp is seeking a Working Student to join our People Operations & Payroll team in Spain, gaining hands-on experience across payroll, HR operations, and the employee lifecycle from day one. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learn how a fintech supports hundreds of employees, and build practical skills for a career in HR, Operations, Payroll, or People Analytics.

This role offers real ownership, exposure to international payroll processes, and the chance to impact the employee

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Spanish university studying HR, Business Administration, Economics
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Organized with attention to detail
• Proficient with Excel or spreadsheets

Aufgaben

• Support payroll operations: help prepare and validate payroll data for monthly payroll cycles and assist with records accuracy.
• Provide onboarding and employee documentation support; assist with contracts and changes.
• Respond to employee questions via ticketing system and email; ensure timely handling of requests.
• Maintain HR data across systems and help update reports and trackers; support process improvements.

Fluent in Spanish and English
