G-P, the Global Employment Platform, seeks a Sr. Payroll & Billing Specialist to manage day-to-day payroll operations for the EMEA region with a focus on Spain, streamlining processes onto a single platform.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Operations and Finance to ensure accurate inputs, client billing, and data reconciliation, while mentoring junior staff and supporting time-sensitive inquiries for our global remote workforce.

Formación

• 5+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries, Spain focus.
• Experience with third-party platforms: ADP, Workday, Ceridian.
• Experience in client billing and multi-country compliance.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication.
• Strong data reconciliation and confidentiality.
• Ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive inquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day payroll operations for the EMEA region (Spain focus) and streamline onto a single platform.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Operations, and Finance to review inputs and ensure accuracy.
• Generate client billing and reconcile payroll data across countries.
• Mentor Associate Payroll & Billing Specialists and provide escalation support.
• Monitor vendor payroll processing and compliance activities; ensure timely reporting and funding.
