Ukio is seeking a People Ops Specialist for a temporary role in Spain. You will manage payroll, contracts, and HR processes across EU entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role requires quick adaptation to a fast-paced startup environment and close collaboration with local advisors.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; knowledge of other European languages is a plus. Immediate availability and right to work in Spain/EU are required for this urgent position.

Formación

• Experience handling payroll across EU entities and contracts.
• Knowledge of Spanish social security processes and EU frameworks.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own full payroll and contracts across our European entities with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain clean HR data and automate HR processes where possible.
• Serve as first point of contact on international employee relations and advise when legal input is needed.
