SAMY is seeking a People Operations Expert EMEA to support Spain, Portugal, Italy, UK and Romania. You’ll manage onboarding, payroll, HR administration, and compliance across the region, acting as payroll contact for employees and coordinating with Finance.

Fluent in English and Spanish is required, with hands-on experience in Spain and multiple European countries. This role offers hybrid work and mobility opportunities across SAMY locations worldwide.

Formación

• Experience in People Operations, Payroll and HR administration.
• Strong track record managing People Operations in Spain.
• Experience supporting multiple European countries (e.g., Italy, Portugal, Romania).
• Hands-on payroll processes, incident management, and payroll support.
• Solid knowledge of employment contracts and HR documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end People Operations across EMEA (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, HR administration).
• Serve as the primary contact for employee payroll questions and support.
• Report monthly payroll inputs to the provider and validate outputs with Finance.
• Maintain accurate employee records across systems (Personio, Deel, ADP Celergo).
• Keep HR database and documentary history organized and up to date.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations across scope countries.
• Drive continuous improvements in People Operations practices in EMEA.
