Papaya Global is expanding its Payments Implementation team and seeking an experienced implementation specialist to join our fast-growing payments platform. You will own the end-to-end payments process, onboarding customers and providing SME guidance on payroll and authority payments across countries.

You will collaborate with the Due Diligence/KYC team, run penny tests, train customers on the Payments component, resolve payment queries, monitor executions, and coordinate with third-party

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, preferably STEM.
• 3+ years onboarding/implementation in Payments.
• Payroll Payments experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience applying AI tools in payments for automation, detection, reporting.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience in scale-up environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end payments onboarding to ongoing support.
• Interact with customers and provide SME guidance on payroll and authority payments across countries.
• Collaborate with Due Diligence/KYC to approve new customers.
• Run penny tests for new customer employees before go-live.
• Provide training on Payments component of the Papaya platform.
• Answer payment-related queries and resolve issues.
• Monitor payment execution and coordinate with third-party providers.
• Ensure payments/reports load correctly and timely.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Collaborate with payments and customer service teams as we scale.
