ADP is seeking an IC – Senior Implementation Consultant for Payment Support Services (PSS) within the Global Payroll department.

This role manages end-to-end PSS implementation projects, serving as the client point of contact and coordinating with the Implementation Project Manager, global partners and in-country partners to analyze and implement country payments on the ADP Celergo platform in line with legislation.

Formación

• Education -- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience -- Two to five years related experience and/or training, preferably in a service environment.
• Other Skills and Abilities: Bilingual Language skills are preferred; Project management certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Configuration of regulatory settings in the global ADP platform (CGC).
• Develop, test and optimize the global solution according to the customer’s specifications; ensure steps are followed for correct invoicing process.
• Attend Implementation calls with clients and support client with any technical question related to PSS.
• Explain country-specific payment issues to clients with support from payment partners.
• Train clients through online demonstrations using payroll and payments technology.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, invoicing, and fulfilment during implementation.
• Relay pertinent payment information to global partners in a timely manner.
• Support Implementation Project Manager for PSS until successful project completion.
